A Prayer of Petition | Colossians 1:9-14
As Mark shared last week, we’re spending these fall months looking at Paul’s letter to the Colossians. This is a great letter. And even though it was written nearly 2,000 years ago to a group of people who never owned a smartphone, or “googled,” or posted something on Instagram, there is something about Paul’s epistle that remains living and active even today.
This letter to the Colossians is richly theological. But it is also very practical as it connects to our own day-to-day lives and to what it might mean to live in a way that acknowledges Christ as Lord “over all and in all.”
