The Story of the Incarnate Word | John 1:1-18
Last Monday families and friends gathered, ate food, opened gifts and enjoyed Christmas Day. Now that it’s all over, some of us will begin saving for next year. For some, the decorations will be put up in the next few days or they’re already in boxes. Bottomline, we’ll all be moving on to the next thing here shortly. But what do we do with the Christmas story? We can’t afford to box it up and put it on the shelf till next year. Instead, we must carry a deep sense of conviction in our hearts that the light of our savior is still shining brightly in this dark world. Therefore, the celebration of our Lord’s first coming isn’t over it continues through us!
